Seattle is a big place, so I&#039;m glad they&#039;re asking the community, it would be near impossible to see all the pavement in Seattle and find out what&#039;s still got some miles left and what is in need of the yank-out and rebuild.

I wish Portland would do the same thing, nobody knows better than I do because I drive it every day that the stretch of road between here and there is a mess. I can&#039;t imagine it being a bad idea...it isn&#039;t like he asked Seattle citizens to volunteer to work in the office or something. (:</description>
