Portland Police Chief Search: Full of Crap

Portland Mayor Tom Potter is poised to announce the new permanent police chief within minutes. It was only six days ago that the results of the Foxworth investigation were revealed.

This indicates either:

There was no real search for a police chief, or
The search has been going on for a couple months, and the outcome of the Foxworth investigation was irrelevant
