Over at GOP Bloggers, Mark Noonan paints a picture of Howard Dean merely using the 2006 elections as a stepping stone to push a far-left liberal agenda for the party in 2008.
That really doesn’t bother me, since most of the wacky far-left ideas are so far out there that the Democrats don’t stand a chance of winning if they’re part of the platform. Look at the last couple elections: John Kerry and Al Gore both tried to pretend they were moderates. Why? Because extremeist liberalism isn’t mainstream, and won’t win an election.
