Flickr = Good Customer Service

Props to Flickr. They responded to my support email about signup problems within a couple hours.

So now I’m on flickr (no real content yet).

    That’s nice…I’ve been waiting two weeks for a response from Flickr, which certainly contrasts with your experience. Of course, they already had my money, so maybe I wasn’t a priority anymore.

    If you haven’t already, post a detailed message in their support forum… that’s how I got a response.
