What if Clinton Hadn’t Blocked Castro’s Indictment?

In 1993, Federal prosecutors in Miami were ready to indict Raul Castro as the head of a large concaine smuggling ring, but were overruled by the Clinton Justice Department. How might that have affected the current Castro situation in Cuba? We’ll never know.
