Why I Love FeedDemon, Part III

My last post (last night) was about an odd glitch I had with a few feeds being retrieved through FeedDemon and Newsgator.  It wasn’t a huge problem (most were still working fine) but an annoyance.  I figured if it was still doing it this morning I’d investigate further.

As you can see from the comments on that post, the guys at Newsgator found the problem, fixed it, and commented back to my blog entry to let me know.  That’s far more customer service for a $30 program than I often get with programs which cost hundreds of dollars.  Nick and company: thanks!
