One of the big things which ties businesses to Microsoft Exchange is the group meeting scheduling features. There are alternatives, however. Today I was looking at NetSimplicity’s Scheduling Software called Meeting Room Manager. It seems to have a full set of features for managing group resources including managing the attendee invitations and they even mention dealing with catering (software that would bring me food would be lovely). Looks like there’s several ways to get to the data including a web portal or even within Outlook. They offer a free 30 day trial so it’s definitely something that can be easily evaluated.![]()
