In Georgia, a woman was ticketed for having a bumper sticker which said “I’m Tired Of All The BUSH**” because it allegedly violated an anti-obscenity statute.
The judge in the case threw out the ticket because the law was ruled unconstitutional.
That’s not enough for the ACLU. They’re now suing the taxpayers because of emotional stress. Talk about wastes of money and resources…
