I see I’m now showing as a Pro member on Flickr.  It appears the issue was resolved within a couple hours which is good. My only comment from a customer service standpoint is that since there is a known issue, that’s been going on for a week, it might be good to put a note on the upgrade webpage to let folks know it won’t be instant, and what to do if a problem occurs.
