Google Reader - Bug Experiences

Over at DownloadSquad, they’re complaining because they’ve got a buggy situation with Google Reader.  Despite the fact it’s a free product, apparently Google should be dropping everything to bend over backwards and fix it, immediately.  Sheesh.  The bug isn’t even preventing them from using the product (they can’t unsubscribe from one particular feed).  I will say that the responses I’ve seen from the Google Reader team on this and other issues are often better than the support I get for commercial products…
