Google Reader Choking on Itself?

I’ve just returned from several days out of town during which I had limited connectivity and wasn’t reading feeds via Google Reader.

I’m caught up now, I think. However, Google Reader still shows 100+ unread items in Scoble’s linkblog, even though I’ve told it to makr all as read. I’ve logged out, logged back in, it shows unread items in the count but if I go to the feed, there’s nothing there. Is it choking on itself? Can’t blame a third-party feed for this one…
