MLK must be rolling in his grave. As I read this article about the dilemma that black women are going to face in the 2008 election (they might be forced to choose between a black candidate and a female candidate), I can’t help but wonder…

Shouldn’t we be voting for a presidential candidate based on their views, opinions, and leadership ability rather than by some arbitrary genetic traits we might share?
