Could Highrise be the solution I’ve been looking for to keep track of name ‘n’ stuff? Perhaps. Eventually we’ll find out. Something with a bit more polish than what I’m currently using (SugarCRM) would be nice.

Its a simplified web based CRM application.
You can try it if you want.
