I spent a notable amount of time today re-tagging feeds in Google Reader… and not just for the heck of it. I narrowed everything down into the following tags:
- a-list
- b-list
- c-list
- d-list
- n-netflix
- z-questionable
Why? Because it works for my reading habits.  What defines an a-list item? One I absolutely definitely must read. It’s arbitrary based on my needs. a-, b-, c-, and d-listers are based on relevance and importance. The n-netflix label should be self explanatory… it’s my recommendation and new release feeds from Netflix. The z-questionable tag is for those feeds I’m not sure if I should subscribe to or might be on their way out… it’s a “holding bin” and if the feed makes the cut, it’ll get reclassified.
Yes, I’m an organization dork.
