Circuit City: Customer Non-Service
On March 16th, I used the contact form on circuitcity.com to ask a question about a rebate offer for one of the items on their website. This was a pre-sale question about the terms of the rebate.
You’d think a company would want to answer questions from customers who want to give them money, right?
Today at 7:02 AM I received a response from “A. Todd” in their customer service department who didn’t answer my question, but rather told me to call a phone number where “They’ll place your order and your merchandise will soon be on its way.”
Wow. Over a month to get a response, and they didn’t even answer the question. You’d think they’d be more service-oriented especially in markets where Best Buy is kicking their ass.
