Vista and Photoshop and Flickr Uploader

A couple more Windows Vista software notes:

• The Flickr Uploader tool works just fine under Vista
• Photoshop CS will not launch unless it is started with administrative credentials.   To force this to happen, right-click on the Photoshop icon and choose Properties, click on the Compatibility tab, and choose the Run this program as administrator checkbox.
