IWantSandy’s Timely Flaw

Any business generally has some core competency. There is some function or action which forms the basis for its business or gives it a competitive advantage.

A few weeks ago I started using Sandy to manage a bunch of tasks. Sandy offers to send timely reminders for to-do items as well as managing your calendar.

Today I realized that apparently nobody reminded Sandy to change her clock. My daily list of tasks, which is delivered at 6:00 AM, was sent an hour early.  Upon investigation, I see that yesterday’s was early as well.

When a calendar/appointment service can’t get the time right, that’s not good.
