Terms of Misuse: I Want Sandy

After the recent Photoshop Express terms of service debacle, I’ve started to actually read them.

Today’s episode of hilarity comes from the Terms of Use for I Want Sandy, a reminder/calendar service by Portland-based Values of n. From section E, Item 12:

You may not use the Services to store, send or otherwise making available any material that contains undesirable images of or links or references to tobacco and alcohol products…

I guess you’re not allowed to set a reminder to make a beer run or pickup cigarettes…
