Beer and Blog is really more of the Portland tech scene happy hour anyway. We're also going to do more with other platforms as well. Totally stoked about this user group and will be attending the first meet up!

Part of what we'll discuss at the first meeting is the direction of the group, but in my mind we'll feature a variety of topics, some of which are going to be more advanced and some of which will be fairly basic. One of the ideas I have (and would like to see happen) is that every month there will be a couple folks setup specifically to provide help for questions or problems people might be having… it would be a great resource for newbies.

In short… definitely invite your client… I hope it's a learning experience for all.
